Turning Employee Recognition into a Branded Experience

Mahalo Moolah was a fully branded employee rewards program designed to boost engagement and celebrate performance. I led the creative strategy and execution, launching a multi-touchpoint system that transformed recognition into an interactive, high-energy experience.
The Challenge
